Wasted a week talking to Brett, one of their salespeople on a KIA K5. Brett told me that “he sells everything”. After much back and forth, he told me that he sells Chevrolet, that’s why he needed to confirm every step of our conversation with his manager. After a week, I finally accepted HIS proposed deal. I confirmed ALL pieces and stipulations with him, in writing. He reconfirmed everything he proposed, and I said we have a deal. It was all via text, in writing. 10 minutes later he texted back that he can’t do the deal that HE offered. After going back and forth, I requested to speak with the sales manager, only to be ghosted. Unbelievably unprofessional when making such a large purchase. I called the sales manager the next day only to be dismissed. I’m betting his boss wouldn’t be too proud of how everything was handled. I don’t want to waste my time trying to hold anyone accountable, I’ll just share my experience everywhere I can. Repeatedly. They are nothing short of shady and a perfect example of the stereotypical car salesmen. Buyer beware.
John Harder assisted me with my purchase and went above and beyond to get what I was looking for. Kept in touch with me just the right amount. Made it easy. Then I worked with Chris Walker in finance and he made it quick and easy as well. Between these two it was the best car buying experience I have had to date.
I had inquired about a vehicle online and Mark Shisler contacted me very soon after. He set up and appointment for me on Monday, nevertheless the car was sold before I could get the money. Mark went to work right away to find something else and he had a few in mind but when my husband got to the dealership, he changed the game plan and went will a more expensive SUV. Mark was very patient with my 5 yr. old granddaughter as she was with me during the whole process. Mark has taken very good care of us, and I will recommend him to anyone. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly from sales, service and finance.
This car dealership felt like family as soon as we walked in the door! Everyone was so friendly, smiling. Joe is awesome, not your usual pushy salesman! We live 45 minutes away and they had all the paperwork filled out ready to sign. It was quick and easy. Jeremy the finance guy was funny and made it fun signing all the papers. I will be referring everyone to this dealership. It was a 5 star experience.
Everyone was super friendly and made my first new car buying experience amazing. Pedro explained everything I needed to know very well and made sure I was 100% happy with my new car before I drove it off the lot. He even checked up on me a few days later. I’m so happy I decided to buy one from Coughlin Kia. Can’t thank them enough!
