What Others Say
Absolutely terrible experience at this dealership. I came in for a test drive, and within 10 minutes, the salesperson lost my driver’s license after taking it. She repeatedly insisted she had given it back, asking me to “check my pockets”.
Eventually, she promised to review security footage and overnight it if found. Since I was traveling out of state with family, I had no choice but to trust them. The next day, I followed up early, only to be told they were “too busy” to check the footage. By the afternoon, they admitted they wouldn’t even try.
When I requested to speak to a manager who I was hoping to sway into allocating the human resources needed, I was repeatedly transferred to voicemail and stonewalled by multiple employees. The salesperson who lost my ID suddenly became “unavailable.” At this point, I was worried about identity theft, yet they showed zero urgency or accountability.
Losing a customer’s ID is bad enough, but their eventually dismissive and unprofessional response made it worse. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your personal information mishandled and your pleas ignored.
I wish I could give 10 stars!!
What an awesome car lot.
I recently bought a car there. when I purchased the car I was informed by the finance manager, George, that used cars are sold "as is". He then stated that they still stand behind any vehicle they sell for a reasonable time, regardless.
Shortly after purchase my engine light came on. I informed the car lot and they told me to bring it in, they would "take care of it". I brought it in a couple different times. They couldn't figure out the problem. Eventually told me to take it to the dealership. Mine you,,,, this is a Mercedes.
Everyone knows, Mercedes + dealership = money...
I went to the dealership and was told I needed camshaft replacement. Obviously several thousands of dollars worth of work..
I spoke with George and was blown away that these people were standing by they're word and covering the cost of the repair.
It is rare for a business to show such professionalism and integrity.
I feel nothing but the need to express gratitude.
Thank you guys for taking care of me.
When the time comes for me to buy another vehicle, I will definitely be back. In the meantime I will refer everyone I can..
Great about getting you to buy it. But not upfront and honest. We found out we bought a one owner, no accident Avis rental vehicle. Then call a few weeks after we bought it, and we had to pay for taxes that they didn’t figure correctly.
Jamil was a great salesman! He took great car of us!! We will definitely be back for more cars.
They sell garbage cars. Don't even bother looking. You're gonna have problems with any car you buy here. They price cars as if they are in good condition and get the paint looking good, but if you take a deeper look, they are garbage and will inevitably have MAJOR issues.
I was ready to buy the 2017 grey M3 that they had in stock, was told that it was checked out by their "mechanic" and all-good. All the deal figure were worked out and I told them I'd be arriving from New York. I double-checked that it was in driveable condition to drive back to New York. They said, yes, no problem.
And what do you know.... During pre-purchase inspection, the following issues were discovered:
- severe water damage to leather trim (unrepairable, re-upholstery would cost $500-1000)
- missing underbody cladding
- bent front right control arm
- repainted front and rear bumper (garbage job too, complete with clearcoat overspray)
- bent rim
- three different brands of tires, with basically no tread remaining (would not pass inspection), and one of them had a crack in the sidewall. PLEASE TELL ME HOW YOU THINK THAT SOMEONE CAN DRIVE 800+ MILES ON THIS TIRE???
- battery needs to be replaced ($2000 part)
- ECU codes were cleared prior to my arrival, big red flag. If I had been stupid enough to buy the car, most likely what would happen is, after driving for 10-15 miles, the CEL would likely come up due to not passing the ECU emissions module
If those are "OK" and "all good", I can't imagine what their other cars are like. I'd stay far away. Don't waste your time or money here. This dealership is only for the stupid or desperate, that is the only way I can see how they make money - by ripping off people for garbage cars.
Cannot trust. We live 2 hours away so when we found the car we offered a deposit to hold it but they said no. Kept telling us the car needed repairs and we would have it any day. We continued to stay in contact and they continued to promise. car Gurus notified that the car was sold! DO NOT TRUST!!
