Duane was patient, knowledgeable, reasonable and pleasant. Mt wife and I tried some years before to buy a new vehicle from Dick Genthe Chevy but were disappointed that the salesman was in no mood to spend time and find what we wanted, or what we could spend. Duane was the exact opposite! He was also willing to coach me through the "tech" in my new car, and that was not an easy task, I assure you. If you ever want to meet a true Luddite, come find me!
