Ernest hands down has been my favorite salesman EVER. First off very very professional, honest and attentive. Never in my life have I walked into a dealership where 100 salesmen rushed me (such a turn off). Ernest was very patient and stood back while I discussed options with my husband. He discussed the xxxxxxand the cons of trading a vehicle in, new v's used everything was on the table. We decided on the brand new CLA 250 AMG style. It was so brand new we had to wait a few days because it had not been delivered yet. Let me tell you when our new Benz came in, I was super EXCITED and they even had it waiting in the SHOWROOM......like what the HECK!! He took pictures of it and sent to us he was excited as well. Well beyond excellent service by Ms Valent Mar21st 2022. The sales rep of laudatory service was diligent finding an abnormal solution to assist disabled veterans with their wheel chair needs. Ms Valent exploring many vehicle options over a couple of months, worked tirelessly with the vehicle options and then with Ed Hicks Service to ensure the customer's needs were met. Truly well above excellent support and customer service. If there was a system I'm place to ensure individual employees were promoted to management and oversight of other colleagues guiding all associated with a company performed at a high level. The example of Ms Valent's support resolving our needs would be the occasion where a sales associate was promoted for their quality service and customer care.
