What Others Say

Service department is horrible! They don’t care! I made a service appointment on their website and received a confirmation email from them. After driving across town for my appointment, I was told they don’t accept their online appointments. I needed to make an appointment on their website phone and they couldn’t even look at my car for at least another week? I would never buy from this dealership!

Oh my gosh! What a joke! I was really, really interested in a Nissan Rouge. Allen helped me and he was nothing but nice, polite, professional, and informative. Then came “another” salesman out to make sure Allen was doing his job. Long story short, the “pro” salesman took over, and between him and the “sales manager” offered me 1500 for a car worth 5000. I have grown up with car dealers, so I thought they would take some off the top of the Rouge, but no,he said that doesn’t happen in this day and time. But, “pro” went back to “manager” and came back and said I was a WINNER. They took some off the top…..140.00 to be exact! So, being the lady that I am, I walked out the door, and will never be back! If Allen gets a job somewhere else,I would be more than happy to deal with that young gentleman. I went to another dealership, was treated like a lady, and with respect, as if even a lady has enough brain cells to trade cars, and get a good deal while the dealership makes some money too. Do Not Waste Your Time going here! If you want a Nissan, go find it somewhere else!

They could not help me with my problem…but they washed my car! Much appreciated! Thank you! Jessica
