The service is good but it seems like sometimes you need an appointment then when you get to the dealership they are doing first co.e first served
When my 2014 Toyota Camry wouldn't start Tuesday morning, I called Thynthia Bonatsos, Service Drive Manager, who personally takes care of all my service needs. She recommended that I bring my Camry into the dealership in order to check the battery. I was able to start my car and bring it in. The six-year-old battery needed to be replaced, and this was done in a timely manner, thanks to Thynthia.
They were very nice and professional. My car needed an oil change and the service was very fast. Erika was so sweet and kind.
Came in for scheduled maintenance today. I was in and out in a reasonable time. Eddy and Annie continue to do an amazing job.
We just bought our car from the dealership and it completely died on us. I was really upset used triple AAA to come pick me up and go to the shop and was happy to find out. It was just a battery. I was delighted because there was no charge and everybody was very friendly.
Professional and friendly. Took my car in for a scheduled oil change and to fix a recall issue.
