The service team at Wesley Chapel MINI are personable, informative and provided wonderful customer support during my time with them last week. Jonathan made certain that I left whole and completely satisfied with my service, and I appreciate him for that level of service. I must say though, I am not sure what the “ powers that be” at MINI were thinking when they redesigned the interior and to a lesser degree the in of the new models. What has happened to the all of the character and charm of the preceding model years. It feels like a hollowed out shell of its former grandness. Please bring back the charm and character that made MINI such a stand out. Jonathan and the service team get five stars, but the new design gets a giant goose egg.
Jonathan Pierce is my service writer and he always takes care of me. The entire service department staff are dedicated, professional and kind people. They listen to your concerns and are thorough with repairs. The dealership offers a nice waiting area with snacks, hot beverages, WiFi, and television. As long as I own a MINI, Wesley Chapel BMW/MINI will be my go to for service and repairs.
Let you know what they are doing and why. Clean waiting room. Attentive service staff.
