The car was ready for delivery when they promised it. It was immaculate and a whole team showed me Ollie features of the 911. What a great dealership and they made the product deliberate exceptional.
Empty promises. I signed an agreement for a future allocation that will never be honored. Since then, three price increases have come and gone while I’ve been left on the sidelines. I’ve purchased multiple new Porsches from this dealership & loyalty will get you nowhere with Porsche Livermore. The service department even managed to damage my brand new 911 during a PPF install. Leaving knife cuts directly in the paint across the entire front end. I had hoped things were improving under the new ownership group & gave them the benefit of the doubt… but nothing has changed. I continue to get the runaround, and I’m exhausted by the games the dealership will play with customers who genuinely care about the Porsche brand. I own aircooled Porsches & have purchased several new Porsches, and sadly the best era of Porsche feels long gone. What was once about passion & customer loyalty. Now seems driven by shareholder value and squeezing every last dollar from their customers. I strongly recommend taking your business to a more reputable Porsche dealership.
This has been one of the most disappointing ownership experiences I’ve ever had—especially at this price point. This is a ~$280,000 Porsche, and the transmission failed at just 230 miles. That alone is unacceptable. What’s worse is everything that followed. Instead of a world-class recovery experience, I’ve been met with delays, poor communication, and excuses tied to internal issues like ownership changes and system outages—none of which should ever be visible to a customer, let alone one in this segment. Porsche continues to push pricing higher while delivering an ownership and service experience that falls dramatically short of what that price implies. This entire situation reflects a lack of accountability and a failure to meet even basic expectations for a brand operating at this level. Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating and deeply disappointing experience from a brand that is supposed to represent the best.
I had to replace a tire immediately after popping it on the road. After calling the dealership & discovering they had the needed tire, I had my car towed there. They changed the tire & ordered the missing Security cog for my tire.
The Team at Livermore Porsche is the BEST!!!Great Customer Service and follow up, hands down!!!
Overall good experience, we were given the wrong physical bill which we did not realize unit we got home. That was the only issue and reason for not excellent rating
