Mark Wilburn is the reason I continue to return to Randy Marion Subaru for all my service.
Staff is very friendly and their service was fast and affordable. The only improvement could be better signage for where to lineup outside. I arrived before opening for an express oil change (no appointment) and was first to line up in front of the big sign that says "express", however three people that arrived after me got in first because I was in the wrong spot. Was just a bit confusing.

Randy Marion Subaru is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. They are friendly not pushy and extremely knowledgeable. Service department is awesome very reliable.
Gabe made our experience amazing from the time we stepped on the lot to driving off in my "new" car! He was so kind, personable, patient, knowledge and just great to talk to. He made sure we were comfortable at every step of the process. We were there past closing and he still took the time to make sure I knew how to work every feature in the car before driving out. Jacob in financing was also amazing. He was so nice and patient with us when going over our options, and explaining everything so well. He was not pushy at all. Both Gabe and Jacob's customer service is impeccable! I felt great leaving there, had zero buyers remorse waking up the next day and absolutely love my car! Thank you both for making this car buying experience the best!
This dealership had excellent customer service. Every person that we came in contact with was professional, friendly and helpful. We were particularly impressed with Tim Lawson, serv. Mgr, Jessica Matos and a certain young mechanic, Ty, who followed up with us.
