First I played phone tag with the Maguire group to find the place to do the work, then I ordered a new side mirror for my car, they said they would send it to get painted I could just being my car in for my appointment two weeks away. I bring my car in and they never sent the mirror to get painted so I have to make a new appointment. Then I get the car back and immediately realize the mirror doesn't adjust, it clicks as soon as you move it to the outside (something the mechanic would have noticed if he just tested it out). They fix that pretty quickly. Little mistakes don't bother me much but all in all, I would try to take my business elsewhere.

I met with Carrie Langley and in 20 minutes left Maguire having ordered a new 2019 Subaru Forester. I had seen on the Maguire web site a Forester that had some of the equipment I wanted and some equipment I didn't want. I asked Carrie if Maguire would honor the discount listed for that Forester since the Forester I was ordering had an similar MSRP. Carrie said they would and the deal was done. I had no trade-in. The Forester was shipped from Japan and arrive exactly as ordered and the dealer prep was great. Thanks again. I will be back when the time comes to replace the 2019 Forester.
