This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford. Chad El Alay worked with me to find a great vehicle. He was an outstanding person to deal with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. The rest of the KGSB team were also great to work with-even down to the new hire in-training in the office. You can certainly tell that this dealership places great value on quality vehicles and customer service both of which their team execute it well. Over the years, I've purchased about 15 cars from other dealerships, and this experience exceeded all of them.
My two daughters and I have purchased new Subaru’s from Ganley Subaru in Bedford within the past year. Our salesperson, Joe Lonardo provided valuable guidance throughout the sale process to make sure that our decisions with respect to price and options were met. The purchase of my Subaru Ascent was stress free with no pressure at all. I recommend Ganley Subaru if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.
My 2023 Forester developed a engine oil leak. I took it here. They found the passenger side valve cover was leaking oil. It took a couple of days to fix it because the gasket they got from another dealer was the wrong one. They cleaned the bottom of the car while waiting for the correct gasket. Next day, the installed it. So far, it is working fine. However, I checked the oil and found they did not bother to top off the oil level. I think they should have as the car had lost quite a bit of oil. I did it myself. That is why I am giving them a 4 star rating instead of 5. I will use them again.
Tasneem was a great advisor she was very helpful and nice she explained everything to me thoroughly. I recommend this place to all my family and friends.
New to the area and KG Subaru was recommended to me by both a coworker and a neighbor. My service appointment was handled by Zach. The appointment took less time than I had expected and he kept me informed throughout. He was professional and knew what he was talking about. I found my new service department. Thanks again, Zach!
Awesome experience. Sean made the buying experience simple, efficient and effective. Everything was handled over the phone until we came in and picked up the car.
