They were prompt ,willing to help , went over how the car worked, explained till we understood, showed us around.They were very kind and friendly.

Less stressed , smooth process buying a car My experience at W and L was great! The main reason I looked at buying a car there is because of the great service department that took care of my Jetta!
They were able to take me in without an appointment and diagnose my problem quickly and though it could not be solved that day I was given a loaner vehicle and my car was fixed as quickly as the parts came in and for an affordable price.
I’m losing confidence in Subaru standing behind their vehicles and correcting their mistakes. I’ve owned 6 Subarus over 30 years. I’m sad to say I may find a different manufacturer.
