Ok my hats off to this team! I would like to start with Matt Lamb sales manager, he worked with me throughout the process even when I made at times unrealistic demands! Matt you set the tone for this dealership and it shows through your constent professionalism, I can tell this dealership is trying to change the stigma tied to Auto Sales dealers and Matt Lamb leads that team. James hurt in sales, he would be my go to guy for a vehicle, he ask me if I would like pictures/video of the vehicle I was interested in without me even asking. Our test drive was just that our test drive, James allowed my wife I to ask questions of him with no high pressure sales tactics! James is a very well spoken professional and personal person oh and a 49ers fan! A shout out to Stephen Nguala for laughing at my jokes a listening to me rant at times over the phone. Last but not least is CJ in finance, CJ is a warm and caring person, you can tell he enjoys what he is doing and is very accommodating, allowing my wife and I to review all the sales documents in private so my wife and I could understand what we were signing prior to closing the sale. I gave this team a run for there money I'm very outspoken, eccentric at times and borderline crazy! my way or the highway attitude, this team lead by Matt, continued to stay steady to work the deal through even with my outlandish tactics to get a good deal. These guys gave me a very fair deal in the end! thank you from the bottom of our hearts from our family to yours!! Give this dealer and Chevy team a chance to earn your business and they will do you right in the end.

My 22 YO daughter traded a 2023 Highlander Sport with 66,000 miles and $15,000 balance for a 2024 Chevy Traverse. Since the Toyota was in my daughter and my name as soon as I was made aware of the transaction (within 24 hrs) I went to the EDWARDS CHEVROLET 280 location and ask to buy my vehicle back for what they allowed on the trade plus a reasonable fee for their time and transactions. I was offered the vehicle at a price greater than $31,000 which is a shameful amount above what they allowed on the trade. I consider this to be an exorbitant markup for your time to handle the transaction. This type of blatant business practice speaks volumes concerning the unashamedly little regard you hold for the community you expect to provide your business' livelihood. My experience with EDWARDS CHEVROLET 280 to this point has been so disappointing., This is not a business with which I would ever recommend that anyone conduct any business on any level. Brian Craig was the salesman and was not available when I stopped by the dealership, I spoke with Mr. Hood and attempted to discuss the matter at hand and was given to understand that EDWARDS CHEVROLET 280 held little concern for my unique circumstance. If you are considering a vehicle purchase, new or used, considering any service work please look elsewhere. Bought a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. Left the dealer within 2 miles got a death wobble. Bright back they sent it to an off road specialist. They replaced Track bar and said that is all it needed. Picked up vehicle and noticed popping when I hit bumps. After taking to my mechanic it needs extensive repairs to all front suspension and has a bad wheel bearing! They had of known about all issues and really pushed extended warranty when I purchased. If they did not know then they lied about pre certified! Looking at all the reviews I will not ever purchase another vehicle from them.

James Hurt was our salesman. He did a great job meeting our needs. He made us feel comfortable in our purchase.

I keep coming back to Edwards Chevrolet because Matt Billions, does an excellent job finding what I am looking for and helping with the process.

It was definitely a quick process, however if you don’t check your paperwork they will attempt to get over on you. I had an issue with the warranty miles and price quoted and the 2nd key. They do not answer the phone, and you No longer exist to the salesman’s after the sale. I will NEVER buy at this location or another Chevy dealer again! Horrible customer service!
