Ordered a truck from them and when it came in they increased the price by 6k. I asked to see the invoice from the factory and the increase was less than $1000. This was very bad con job.I came in in good faith to deal honestly and pay for what I ordered but this dealership was very dishonest. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

I went in to get an oil change, tire rotation, and a tire fixed. Three days later tire light came on. The exact tire that was supposed to be fixed was not fixed but I was charge for it tires was supposed to be rotated but was not went back to the dealership the service manager was rude and denies everything it is a shame to go somewhere to get work done and the work was not done.

So, I bought a used GMC Denali from these people. It had issues and they allowed me to pay for the repairs. They made a claim on the warranty, that I paid for. I would say it was a fraudulent claim if you ask me. The truck was broken, when I bought it, because they put it out on the lot Broken. I don't even know if they put fresh oil in it before they put it out there. Then they held my truck hostage for almost 3 weeks, till I finally sent message that I wanted to speak to the Owner, which they refused to let me do. They Lied through their teeth. Salesman, The guy who plays number games with you. The sales manager, and the Service dept sucked. I asked the salesman did they fix the broken windshield, and he replied yes there is a fresh one on there. NOT, same broken winshield. He lied, straight to me, they are teaching him well. Navigation does not work properly. I could go on, but to their face I really want to say this to them. Bill Hood is a coward.... Be very wary of these Liars and thieves if you shop there. Mr. Anthony Campo went above and beyond in finding a vehicle in my price range. he could not have been nicer. overall a great experience. I would recommend him and Hood automotive to everyone in the market for a vehicle.
