Had an appointment today at 0845 at 0900 I got out of my car to see when my service advisor would get to me because she was helping people who got there after me. I am not sure why they have appointments because I didn’t get out until 1230 and it was only for an oil change. Would not recommend to anyone!

This dealership is usually very good to work with on both sales and service. Recently we have had worse service and longer wait times on minor repairs. Not sure what has changed but it is trending in the wrong direction.

Rodney and the team at Volkswagen were so helpful and reassuring while my car was being checked out. His communication was stellar and the service was excellent.

Showed up and for whatever reason my scheduled visit wasn’t in the system but they still squeezed me in. Not only that but provided complimentary uber trips to and back so I wouldn’t have to wait at the dealership all day. Francisco is a rockstar!! And I couldn’t be any happier with the service.
