Mr. Francisco Casas provided very good service. He kept me informed at every step of the process. I appreciate the level of service he provided me.
Roselyn was very attentive and the best! Incredibly helpful and got me back my car within same day of drop off!
Rodney was an excellent service representative, and the repairs on my car. we’re done professionally and quickly..
Worst dealership service experience I have ever encountered. My car was in the service departments possession for a week. I had to check in mid point to get a status of the vehicle. I had stressed many times that I may need a loaner due to working full time and having children. I kept getting brushed off. I called again and was told my advisor was out on a training and so I requested a loaner with the other advisor. I was told that a loaner was not available but that my vehicle would be ready the following day by 12pm per the mechanic. I call the next day at 1pm and was told by my original advisor “not sure why someone would have told you that but it won’t be ready until 5, however I will try my best to get it to you before then.” Called before arriving at 5 and was reassured it would be ready by the time I got there. I get there a little past 5 and was told my vehicle was being washed. I saw my vehicle sit in front of the dealership for 30 minutes untouched and still dirty. I finally walked up to the advisor desk and my advisor started scrambling to get my paper work. My vehicle still had yellow circles from intake drawn on it. Suddenly another customer walks in behind me and my advisor pushes me off to her coworker citing “Can you switch because I want to spend some time with this gentlemen and his car repair.” Totally unprofessional and to me uncalled for. I understand advisors make commission but as someone who has worked in sales, you treat every commission customer like gold no matter what. Why didn’t he have to wait like I had been waiting for 50+ minutes? I asked to speak to a manager immediately who has a pompous and smug attitude. I explained what I had gone through and he told me “sounds like we just need to get you out of here.” Wow. I paid my $700 and left. I am driving my vehicle the next day and the same light that came on before I took my car in “EPC” light comes back on again. I call the department and Mike the service manager very condescendingly tells me “we recommended you replace your catalytic converter and you declined so that’s why the light returned.” At this point as a female customer, I told him that I didn’t agree with his opinion and that I am well versed in mechanics as my father is one. I explained that I felt he was trying to dumb me down just because I am a female and he told me “I don’t know what kind of business you think i’m running here.” I asked for his supervisors information and hung up. I called another European auto care center and explained the situation only to be told it sounds like I have been misinformed by this service department and was invited warmly for a second opinion. I had better customer care with one interaction with this independent auto shop than this place. Stay away.
They fixed the issue on my car but one of the service advisors sent us on an uber to the wrong address which turned into a nightmare trying to explain to the uber that it was not our fault and at the same time trying to get the service rep to modify the uber route which they never did and kept brushing me off and handing off to talk between multiple people and avoiding me while the uber kept driving farther away.
I was taken care of immediately after dropping off my vehicle. My service advisor was pleasant to work with. She kept me informed every step of the way.
