DISHONEST DEALERSHIP-SOLD ME A LEMON-I purchased a car from them last year. I DIDN'T EVEN GET THE CAR HOME BEFORE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. Took it back the next day and they sent it off to be fixed in Charlotte. In the meantime, there was a slow drip from my transmission line where their mechanic left a piece of tape before I even bought the vehicle. Eventually the pan filled and started spilling out, leaving my driveway and the back of my car covered in transmission fluid. Since there was a horrible smell and fluid everywhere, I took the car to the place where Mich's sent it the first time and the bill was over $1,000. They said the factory bolts had been removed from my car and replaced with non-certified parts. The dealership I took it to called Mich's and told them they should reimburse me because it was their mechanic's mistake. They refused even after I contacted them several times and said I should have brought it to them. Nobody in their right mind would return a car after these two negligent repair issues right off the bat. These guys gave me misleading information about the condition of my car and then provided poor customer service afterwards. Save yourself the headache and go to a reputable dealer. Great dealership to work with from the beginning to the end. We had a flat after leaving the parking lot and Josh and Chris came to our aid. They were great and got me fixed up immediately! Wouldn't go anywhere else for a used BMW. Will be telling everyone about them. Becky was great to work with also in finance dept.

This place is incredible. They have awesome cars, great prices and down to earth, friendly "staff". I honestly do not know how they could make it any better. Give cars away for free I guess? Maybe that's why they have so many positive reviews and have been in business so long.

I contacted the sales office in reference to an S550 Mercedes-Benz 2008 that they had just gotten on the lot. It was advertised as a very low mileage and in exceptional condition. After speaking to the office I made a trip from Winston-Salem North Carolina to review this automobile in person. I was extremely impressed with the car how clean it was and all of the details of the car were available at the dealer. They were extremely helpful at the dealership explaining where the car came from the history of the automobile along with a complete Carfax. The price that they were asking for the automobile was an exceptionally good price and competitive. They were kind enough to even drop it from what they were asking for by a few thousand dollars. The entire transition went very smooth and they were extremely professional in the way they handle the sales transaction. I would highly recommend this dealer if you're looking for an exceptionally clean Mercedes, they have them and if not they will find one for you.

We have shopped at Mich's for over 15 years and bought several vehicles from them. Cris is excellent for any questions on Mercedes or BMW's. Mrs. Becky and my wife are very good friends. Vance and Melissa seem like family also. Mr. Mich has been wonderful meeting me on prices on vehicles purchased. We stop by on a regular basis, even if we are not purchasing a vehicle and sometimes, we end up buying one.
