Excellent experience, great customer service all around. Shout out to Joe French for his quick help, and kindness. He was very hekpful in getting my husbands truck in quickly for repairs while organizing a rental van for me and my kids. He even helped me move carseats over (which is never a small task). We have loved our service at Klaben Ford Lincoln so far! Our sales team was also stellar, shoutout to Cassy Mathes and Rich Sieber who went above and beyond to get us into the truck we were looking for. It's hard to find such a good and reputable dealership these days and this place has outdone themselves! Thank you all!
Took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. An issue was identified and Ali took the lead, explained in detail what was going on, and worked with her manager to come up with a solution. Within a week the defective parts were replaced and again, she worked with her team to ensure the solution was 100% effective and to my satisfaction. She was great throughout the entire process.
I enjoy all interaction with Klaben Lincoln. Our service writer Mona and salesperson Cassie always give us 100%.
