The Klaben experience was one of the best - if not the best - car buying experiences we have had, and was well worth the hour-plus drive to get there. From the minute we walked in the door, we were made to feel welcome. Our salesman, Tim Sterling, was top-notch. He answered our questions, followed our order every step of the way, and spent a lot of time going over the features and operation of our new car. He absolutely lives up to his name - he's "Sterling"! Kim was awesome, as always! She was her usual thorough self and made the whole process smooth and easy. She coordinated both the service on our Edge and a full detail. Fairly easy to get an appointment. Got me in and out within the time I had available for the appointment, which was very important that day.

Mona Crooks is extremely knowledgeable and professional and a huge reason why I have been going to Klaben for service for years. I would like to buy a car from them also, but the price has always seem higher than the Neighbor and dealerships. Oh well, I’m guessing they make more off the service anyways.
