Love Klaben wouldn't go anywhere else. The service department is great and my truck was fixed and ready for pick up when promised
All was fine. I had an appointment but brought it in earlier because something else came up and I didn't want to drive it with the warning light on.
I was able to book the same week for an oil change. Great communication with the service department

My battery died while I was at Summit Mall. I called Klaben, described the symptoms, and a service vehicle was sent to the mall parking lot to help. The mechanic, Tucker, arrived in a reasonable amount of time and verified that the problem was with the battery. He replaced the battery, re-programmed the required capabilities, and my vehicle was fully functional again. Tucker was incredibly quick and skillful at this work. He also told me that I had a number of accumulated points that were being applied to my bill. I had anticipated towing, a day or two for repairs and a large cost. It ended up costing about $50 and my day was not wasted. Tucker was an excellent representative for Klaben. A fie star rating is not enough. I did not catch the name of the lady who sent Tucker on the service call. She was also fabulous.
