What Others Say

Easy, simple and overall good experience for my first time ever I am looking forward to going back.

Great experience with Nucar Chevrolet, our salesman YOSEPH was outstanding, came in his day off.

Jimmy, my salesman, was excellent throughout the entire process. He worked hard to get the payment down on my new Traverse and was straightforward and responsive the whole time. My frustrations were mainly during the finance and registration portion. The finance manager was actually very nice and professional, but I do wish some of the options had been explained more clearly. I opted into the 100,000-mile warranty and GAP coverage, which increased my payment significantly more than I realized at the time. Looking back, I wish it had been explained that the vehicle already comes with factory warranty coverage and that I already pay for GAP coverage through my Progressive insurance policy. I also didn’t fully understand that canceling those products later would not reduce my monthly payment, only the loan balance. I was also told that because my old vehicle was leased and the new one was financed, my vanity plates could not be transferred and that I would need to contact GM Financial to have the plates “released.” After spending a lot of time trying to sort it out, I learned the registration/plate transfer process really had nothing to do with the financing itself. Unfortunately I ended up canceling vanity plates I had recently paid for and purchasing new vanity plates for the new vehicle because I was given incorrect information. Overall, I’m very happy with the vehicle and appreciated Jimmy’s help, but I do think the finance and registration process could have been communicated more clearly and transparently for customers.

I some better communicating. Like talking on the phone. So I could explain the problem better.

Scott was the best salesman I have dealt with at a dealership. He was extremely knowledgeable and extremely customer oriented

Giuseppe did a great job getting me in days notice in and out the same day problem solved thank you
