I originally purchased a vehicle May of 2019- I bought a 2014 Porsche Cayenne. I also paid in full to the dealership for an extended warranty through Integrity Warranty Company. I was sold Integrity Wrap Warranty. Now when I am attempting to have work done on the vehicle I have found out the dealership wrote my warranty for a Silver Warranty which does not cover any of the items as Wrap warranty purchased covered. I have attempted for two months to contact the dealership, Riccardo, Tori as well other managers at the location. They have lied to me and avoided calls intentionally. I never receive call backs, as well hung up on many times. I am now having to wait for this case to be heard in court, just to have my money refunded $4500 or the original Wrap warranty I paid for implemented

I went all by myself to test drive some cars into this dealership. I have nothing to say, but great things about Marko (sales associate) and Alan Ramada (sales manager). The next day, I took my husband with me as I wanted to show him the car I liked. We ended up buying my car here after visiting several dealerships for about 3 days and meeting lots of sales guys. At Gravity Autos Roswell, it was No pressure, It was hassle free, the guys were professional and they took great care of me/my car needs. They did extra things which showed excellent customer service! very important for me. I have stayed in contact with ALAN, the sales manager, and he has been very responsive, even after the sale. I will recommend this place to family and friends and will come back here should we decided to purchase another car. We also interacted with one of the general managers, Danny Haddad and he was very pleasant as well. Last, but not least, they have a great cappuccino machine... I'm a coffee drinker, so this has been an added bonus.

I will reserve my opinion regarding the Dealership as a whole and focus my review on my Sales experience, My Sales consultant was a gentlemen named "TR" He had me covered throughout the entire Sale/Purchase process. I saw the car online, made contact via email and TR called me back. The price on the source I was looking at was less so they honored the lower price. I schedule an appointment to test drive the car (I am 2.5 hrs away from Atlanta) and met TR Saturday morning. The car we clean and waiting for me (yeah... it was on empty) I bought the car and am pleased with the purchase. Be prepared for the sales pitch for extended service warranty and gap insurance sales during the financing/closing (just expect it and plan accordingly) . Thanks TR!

The team was so polite and sincerely ready to help us make the decision that was best for us. My wife and I are typical millineal consumers and we'd done a bit of research before reaching the dealership. We prefer to buy items as apposed to being sold on them. If you get a chance to choose your salesman find, Blake! He is professional, knowledgable, and attentive. He will not put his sales goals in front of yours and that's refreshing! Prior to stopping by, we'd already found the same car at a different location, but we dropped in simply because it was on the way. Blake was a gentleman to my wife and that was deeply appreciated. At any time when I didn't understand the details he was patient enough to repeat the information until I was able to completely grasp everything. You're sure to have a pleasant experience whether buying or comparing prices when you visit this particular dealership and work with this team. We ended up buying here and there was such a sense of satisfaction in knowing that there are still decent people working in this industry and selling these cars.

Our salesperson, Blake, came out to meet us in the parking lot! We had contacted a website on a Friday night, and he responded back and set up a meeting on Saturday morning. The car was as advertised, and as priced on the website. Did a test drive, all our questions were answered, and we sat and did a credit application. I found each employee with whom we came in contact to be courteous and friendly. They put gas in the car and cleaned it thoroughly. Explained controls, set up the Bluetooth for me, and off we went! Several employees even suggested places we could have lunch before driving our 2 hours back to SC. We were satisfied with the great service we received.Blak
