When I explained to Brian what I was looking for in a vehicle and the budget I was working with, he actually heard me. He took time to find vehicle options that fit my criteria, kept me informed on those options, and somehow managed not to be a "pushy salesman" throughout the process. City Ford had a great selection of vehicles and worked to ensure I drove off the lot in the car I wanted with the payment I could afford.

She kept me updated with details on how the investigation was going on the noise my truck was making and even though it wasn’t determined where it was coming from she assured me with paper proof that it was safe to drive. She is awesome to work with!!
