GT motors is a good dealership. However, they are still holding on to the inflation pricing from last year.
Very nice and got back to me quickly. Thanks for the great advice and follow up
All i know i have been trying for a very long time looking for a beetle Volkswagen. a Convertible. Finally got a break thought. I have a Beautiful Beetle. I love it. Thanks to William who was very nice guy. Took his time explain things about the car. Thank you for all your help.
I’ve been waiting for months for my title. When I purchased my car I was told I would get it in two weeks. The dealership did not even have my title at the time. They did nothing about getting me a title until after a month when I started demanding a title. In January I was told it would be eight weeks until I get my title. With two more weeks to go, I was just informed that it’s gonna take longer. And supposedly they were told this last week and I was going to take longer. I get weekly updates from the company and never once did they say it was going to take any longer than last week's update. Now that I’m starting to demand the title again I’m being told now that can’t happen. The car was sold to me without the dealership having a title in their name. How can a car dealership sell a car without having a title in its name? The car's title was stolen in August and NOTHING was done to get a title until January. I have begged and begged them to get the title process started in Nov and Dec. Nothing was done. I bought the car in Oct. and I am still waiting for the title. I was told two weeks in Oct. That was a lie. They did not have a title in the dealership name. When I called in Nov. I was told a few more weeks. They still did not have a title in the dealership name. The title was stolen in August and they did nothing until Jan. They kept pushing me off. Why did they sell a car without having a title? The owner of the dealership, was in the room when I asked about how long will it take to get the title. They sold a car without the proper paperwork. I have been told lies. No help. Masha told me in Feb that everything was on schedule. When I asked her to explain she told me that she did not tell me all the information the week before. She lied. She knew it was going to be longer and did not tell me. She was supposed to keep me updated and failed. John should not have sold the car with the paperwork. John should have told me there was no title. This is so shaded. I bought the car in Oct and maybe I will get the title in six months. Six months for a title? How can this be? How could a car be sold without the proper paperwork? Why did the dealership put me in this position? They have not given me the proper updates.
Bought Audi TT. Izzy sold it to us. Engine oil pressure brake lights. Electrical issues. And now flooding inside from recent rains. This business cheats you!! Do not buy from them.
I purchased my Saab Convertible from GT Motors ten days ago, and developed a very high opinion for Izzy and John at GT Motors. Saabs are a rare breed (as are us Saab owners) so my search went far and wide, both interns of location of the car and internet sites used. From the get go, I was impressed by the presentation offered by GT. This car had significantly more photos than most of the others, allowing me to get a good view, before traveling from Long Island, NY to NJ. I was not disappointed upon making the (2+ hour) trip. Izzy and John had already provided me with a detailed history of the car on the phone, and it was clear that they were not trying to hide anything. He showed me every corner and crevice, including the hydraulics for the convertible top, highlighted a couple of nicks and scratches (which was very minor for a 15 year old car). When it got to the finances, we had a frank discussion comparing this case to other listings I had brought. Most importantly, there ware NO hidden fees or surprises and we reached a price with which I thought was very fair. Throughout the transaction, I felt I was dealing with two very open and honest individuals. I am very happy with the car and.I would strongly recommend GT Motors to anyone looking for a used car.
