We got a good deal on our QX 60. No hassle negotiation. When we had an issue, the service dept. made sure we were taken care of. All pleasant people to deal with.

I have bought a number of cars from dealerships, but this was hands down the best buying experience I've ever had. Everyone was courteous and polite, the sales process was laid back and enjoyable, which was refreshing. I highly recommend. Oh, and our QX50 is NICE, which is cool.

Incredibly rude staff. Insulting. Unfriendly. Terrible knowledge of inventory and lied about car having front end damage. Sales lady Michelle and manager David Bell lost our business and anyone else I can tell about this rude dealership experience. Ask around locally.. you two specifically are notorious for driving business away with your terrible personality.
