Same with me, Vintage Vettes in Murfreesboro Tennessee TN owned by Tommy Dement and Donny Dement also sold me a classic Corvette they advertised as having a strong engine and ready to drive but in fact the engine was so bad engine their transporter was unable to start it upon delivery (had to be replaced, cost me thousands, they hid behind a lawyer and reimbursed me $0). Be warned, watch your wallets around these two.
In November 2011 I purchased a 1959 Corvette from Vintage Vettes in Murfreesboro Tennessee . They advertised this car to have a rebuilt engine. I drove the car for 600 miles and it was determined that thee engine was in need of a rebuild I contacted Donny Dement and offered to settle for 50% of the cost. I then received a letter from their attorney advising that they would not help I filed a law suit in California Small Claims Court and was awarded a judgment. As of this date Vintage Vetts has not paid me
