What Others Say

Rude when i called the gentleman hung up in my face and had my first two payments late to lender the list goes on Sheboygan was the worst by far lovevmy car found a better deal somewhere else I'm bummed ??????

David, Jerry, and Tony helped me in finding the right used car to purchase. They helped me find a car that suits my needs perfectly. I am so impressed with this staff and their great desire to please the customer. They made the financing aspect of this deal very workable. They all treated me with the upmost respect! This was my first experience as a customerr with this dealership.

I know buying a car is never easy or fun but they made the whole process enjoyable! I got into the exact car I wanted and got into a payment I wanted! They all my dreams come true!

Anthony, David, and Jerry were wonderful to work with! They got me in, got me financed, and worked with me! All the while they were professional, and polite! I recommend this dealership to anyone who may not have perfect credit, or other troubling circumstances because they get things done. I'm super satisfied!

I brought a van from Van Horn on 76th street on 1/13/15. I was sold so many dreams about how the van would be ready when I returned and how all the initial unseen damages on the car would be fixed (brought the car at night). I was also told that the van would be clean inside and out. Upon returning to pick up the van it still had the issues I complained about in the interior of the car and i was told that they, including the GM, only inspected the outside so i had to wait a couple more days. When I returned to pick up the van, the inside looked the same as when i first saw it. The GM brought out the head detailer to talk with me and all he could say is he detailed it 6 times and it could not get cleaned. So i did the unthinkable and took a rag and wipe the very same things he said he could not get cleaned and the dirt mysteriously came off, but he sat there and still insist that it could not come out. I brought the luxury package when i purchased the vehicle to clean the inside and outside of my van. Now I am stuck with a plan that has to be used at an incompetent dealership. I cancelled my service, maintenance, and Luxcare 3 in 1 because it was all through this dealership. When my loan holder received the check, the dealership shorted me $131 and some change on my maintenance refund. It states on the contract black and white that if you cancel within 60 days of purchase you will receive 100% of your refund back. I have contacted the dealership about this and Jerry the GM and Cindy are now ignoring me. It's sad that i have to have an attorney get involved. My advice to anyone trying to purchase a car, go to Amato right down the street and don't waste your time and money going to Van Horn because it is just another Big Bills..

This is a subprime type auto lot. they will take your money and leave you high and dry, A contract means nothing to them and they will keep dragging you on and on. I had a "we owe" document that was not honored because "it would cost the dealership to much money to fix" so they told me to basically pound sand. My advice to you is save your nickels and go to a dealership that doesn't look and feel like a store that is there to prey on you.
