From purchase to service, overall great experience. Only minor issue is no service appointments on Saturday. When working full time, sometimes it is a challenge to get in on a weekday.
This was our 2nd purchase from James Woods. Each experience has been great! They are easy to work with and always gotten us what we want!
The online trade in process was simple with all the dealer discounts and GMC rebates I GOT A GOOD DEAL ON MY TRUCK DRIVE 7 hrs just to pick it up. This is the second vehicle Iv bought and both were great buying experiences.
I found Karen very easy to work with. Not high pressure, just getting me the information I asked for. She then found me the car I wanted at a competitive price. I have bought several vehicles from this dealership and every time it was a good experience.
Excellent service, this was the best price within 600 miles of my home in NM. Drove 6 hours to dealership, vehicle was prepped and ready for me when I arrived. Sales person Paul Anderson was great with welcoming me and being courtesy. best vehicle purchase I have had. Will do business again with James Wood.
Great service. Always bring my truck here for oil changes. Typically fairly quick. This time took a little longer than normal.
