Drew was an excellent salesman. I called about the vehicle before coming to the dealership and he was able to verify certain information. He followed up with to make sure I was in route to dealership because I was late. When I arrived he had the vehicle up front waiting for me. He answered all my many questions and honored the online price of the vehicle when we discussed purchasing. Several employees and managers stayed late, well past closing, to ensure that I could drive off with vehicle that night. Once, all the paperwork was finalized, Drew stayed even later to set up all the features inside the car. I would have never taken the time to do this myself. Overall this was my best car buying experience and I have shopped around. He even entertained my Mom, who was along for the ride. Thank you Drew and James Wood Chevrolet Buick GMC.
