Made an appointment for oil change, tire rotation, and possible front-end problem. On check in, was told because of my extended warranty, if something was found wrong with my vehicle, it would have to be left at dealership until fixed in case warranty company needed pictures or something else. Canceled the check for problem, because it's my only vehicle. Went ahead with oil change and tire rotation, took 1 1/2 hours! Been bringing my truck here for 13 years for service, never again!

I took my 2025 RAM in for 2 recalls. The service was done in a reasonable time, and I was in the loop as to when it was going to be done.
