I recently leased my 2nd Mazda from this dealership and everyone I came in contact with was wonderful. Rex, Gwen, and I believe his name was Ray (helped finalize the paperwork at the end), were all wonderful, transparent about everything, and not pushy. They answered my questions, were patient when I had more, and overall made it a very friendly, comfortable environment. I live in Brooklyn now and will continue to drive to this dealership in New Rochelle because that's how much I appreciate working with them. I also used to bring my previous Mazda for service here and they are great on that side as well (Amanda is the best!). It's clear that this store is very well managed and as a whole operates like a well-oiled machine, with customer service as a top priority.

Sales staff are friendly. The sales associate was patient and was happy to discuss options that might be more suitable.
