I would never had known they got busted by feds! I was looking up mame of dealer to tell someone how bad they were. In 2012 I wrecked my truck and took it to fannin toyota. The pulled an insurance scam. Said they replaced driver quarter panel. They pocketed the money left old part on and pushed out dent and buffed it. Other parts that were painted had actual bubbles in the paint. It was xxxx poor work. It never looked right. But on my 3rd trip up there from lex ky in a rental, I was tired of dealing with them and took my vehicle back. I'm glad the feds closed their doors! I hope somebody went to prison!!!

Pocketed monies I paid for services. I'm not even positive that the services were even completed. Services were not always recorded on Toyota. Many years,I only had 1 service recorded. I have service receipts which show oil change and tire rotations at least 2 times a year if not 3. What's happened with the monies that were paid? Sad to think that this only affected me starting June 2006. How many countless others were screwed prior to that time and until the Feds got them in April 2017? All I can say is that Karma is a xxxxx. Wait for it!

I got a car from them in late February and was very happy with how it went most of it. I had to have a new cover for the back of my trunk and had to keep calling back to get it. I was able to get it but it took me showing up at the dealership two times to get one. Then we had an issue with the temp tag running out. I called and the person in the dept that takes care of it said she has had it on her desk over 2 months and that she can not get the dealership to write the checks. I was told to come in and get a new temp tag which I did and was able to get my tags moved before they closed the doors. When I get the car I was told that they would get me a 2nd key fob for my car which was never done. I feel sorry for the people that worked at this place but now I have a car and I have no where I can take it for anything with out a cost.

Wow, when we pulled in we expected so much more from Fannin than what we got! They put forth ZERO effort in helping us trade in our vehicle and the finance people do not try and assist you at all! If they call one back and you're denied, that's that! Most dealerships make every effort in the world to get you into a vehicle but not this one! I'm assuming the owners don't know considering how much money they're losing by doing this! We saw great reviews about a place in Huntington,WV called Goldy Auto so we went there and left in a car that day! I'd highly recommend Goldy Auto, especially if you don't have perfect credit. They will get you in a vehicle no matter of it takes them calling 10 banks! Won't ever go back to Fannins again! I was highly disappointed.
