Easy to deal with and got me in a vehicle better than I came in looking for

Received a warm welcome for it being so early in the morning. Was assured the vehicle would be ready in two hours or less. In the mean time I was dropped off up the street where i got to run some errands and once completed I got a call asking if I needed a lift back. Car was also rinsed off on the outside wish I appreciated!
Your staff in service are excellent. My only issue is start appointments on time. If you ask a customer yo be there for an appointment, their vehicle should not be driven into the service bay 20 minutes later.
