This is our 3rd camper we have bought from Dodd RV and our 2nd Rockwood. They care and take the time to listen and help you find the camper you are looking for. Everyone, from the receptionist, sales person, finance guy, to the PDI guy, they ALL make you feel like a VIP! We would like to say this is our last RV, but if not….we will go back to Dodd RV.

After 2 years of research and planning, my husband and I bought a new Grand Design Imagine 2600 RB on March 11, 2025. It wasn't difficult to choose the dealer, since Dodd's is not only top-rated and nearby but it is also just the type of company we like to deal with. We mostly worked with Drew but had reason to talk to the receptionist, Mr. Dodd, and Jen. They were all professional and, most important to us, knowledgeable but not pushy. Every email and text was given a response, and I was welcomed at both properties to visit and ask questions. Those questions were answered honestly, which is also important to us. We were kept in the loop as our trailer was being built and delivered, and Richard, the gentleman that did the trailer walkthrough was thorough and answered every question we could think of as well as giving us helpful hints. Even the guys in the service department threw in some advice! Drew allowed us to have the exterior protective coating applied at the Portsmouth location when we found that it couldn't be done at our storage facility and upon arrival there Steve was just as friendly as everyone else. We can't thank Drew and the rest of the team enough for the services they each provided.

Everyone at this dealership is so friendly and genuine. We just purchased our first RV which is no little thing by any means and our sales rep Tony was so patient and helpful every step of the way. Then came Arnold who was a hoot and made the paperwork so fast and simple we were able to get right outside to become acquainted with our new vacation home! With a thorough tour and tutorial from an awesome gentleman Omgosh I am so bad with names sorry and dang it the lovely woman inside who held our dog and helped us get set up for the road. Sheesh. It was a lot of family to meet in an hour and we will never forget your kind faces even if my old brain stinks with names. Great dealership great atmosphere and awesome RV. we are so happy! Pleased with sales and service personnel. Good experience. Issue is with Keystone quality. The passport 229RK is rapidly showing the lack of workmanship and quality of materials. Not at all a dealership issue it is a manufacturer issue.

My wife and I are first Time boat owners. Cory has helped us a lot along the way. He has given us so much information we didn’t know, he has also answered every question that we have had. He has done a great job with helping us. Arnold has been awesome along the way as well with helping us getting us done on the boat. They are Absolutely amazing and I cannot thank them enough for all their help.
