Disappointed that I was unable to take my truck home that day. It was supposed to be done by noon and I ended up with a loaner vehicle and another trip back to return for my vehicle on the weekend

We were on vacation and on the last day had a flat tire. Fortunately we were staying close by to the dealer and showed up at their service center door at 8am with no appointment. They were very understanding of our situation and were very accommodating. Unfortunately the tire could not be repaired but they had our tire in inventory and the entire experience took less than 2 hours. Happy ending and great service.

Always very easy to work with. The work is always done on time and budget. They don't try to nickel and dime you at all. Very fair.
