The trip to HC yesterday for a new sticker was a very smooth experience. Scott came out to meet me in the three=lane service entry area. took information and escorted me inside to see a customer service rep. The wait for a sticker was just 40 minutes. Enjoyed a nice hot decaf and a cookie and I was on my way. Thanks everyone
