The trip to HC yesterday for a new sticker was a very smooth experience. Scott came out to meet me in the three=lane service entry area. took information and escorted me inside to see a customer service rep. The wait for a sticker was just 40 minutes. Enjoyed a nice hot decaf and a cookie and I was on my way. Thanks everyone
Dealership was super responsive and willing to help and assist. Everyone was welcoming and offering us drinks or snacks while we waited for our salesperson
Great service and Tom in the services dept is the best, explained everything up front and after my car was dine he was up front & explained some stuff that i need to get done. Tom is a very up front person that shows in the way he talks to you. Great guy!
