I loved our experience with Cole and the Matthews Auto Group. I had been looking at CarMax, but it didn’t quite feel right. Luckily, our mechanic recommended Matthews and spoke very highly of them. Their website was easy to navigate, and we quickly found several cars that fit what we were looking for. Although it was an hour-and-a-half drive, it was absolutely worth it. We found a great car at a very fair price, and the 7-month/7,000-mile warranty was a huge plus—especially compared to CarMax’s 30 days. Cole, our sales associate, was a delight, and Adam went out of his way to check in and make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. When it’s time to replace our second car, Matthews will be our first stop.

Rob was informative and quick to get back to me. I felt the issue of my 4WD repair was finally addressed since they dropped the ball next door at the Chevy repair shop and sent me home in December with my 4WD not working unbeknownst to me.
I find the people working there very friendly and helpful. In addition they are knowledgeable and offer good solutions to options which are cost effective.
