My experience at clay cooley new sales dept had both positive and negative aspects. The sales team, especially Teresa, was excellent. She provided outstanding communication and was very accommodating when the initial Bronco I test drove had steering issues. They offered to fix it or, to my benefit, honored the same price for a new one that was in transit and had a couple of upgrades.
Dealership made a stressful purchase for a first time auto purchaser a little less stressful. Also done quickly from showing time to paperwork.
The truth is excellent, very friendly service, the person who attended me, I recommend them to everyone.
