Relaxed atmosphere. No sales pressure. Negotiations were low key. Efrain was both knowledgeable and forthright.
It was a great experience, it felt very welcoming, no pressure to spend a lot of money on a bigger truck, I got the truck I can afford and feel nice in, and I got a great deal in a safe ride.
I went in there not feeling confident about the likelihood of my getting a car but ended up leaving there with something. I truly am thankful. The sales people stayed extremely late just to get me taken care of.
