Not a fair proprietor; does not honor the 3 day of recission, very difficult if you need to return the car he charges the customer for his business expenses and is very difficult to come to an agreement. In the beginning all seems fine but if you have an issue or need to return it, he talks about the money he is out while you had the car. You must ask and get in writing if he honors any troubles with the car and for how long,
