If I ever encounter the AI guy again, I'll go to another dealership. I didn't spend that much money on a vehicle to not be able to deal with human beings. It took DAYS to get a call back when I initially tried to schedule my appointment (probably due to AI guy). You know what was great though? Your mobile service. That was a HUGE time saver for me and the guys that did it were great at communicating and right on time. Would totally use that service again.
