I will recommend her for sure. 2. Joseph Perez. Very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us determine the true warranty needs in our situation. I appreciate his work. 3. Kendall Brown: Took time to sit with me to help me understand the particulars of charging, levels of charging and costing thereof at charging stations. Also explained the battery capacity and composition and degradation potential. All these are key items in enjoying our driving experience with our new EV. Kudos to Kendall.

We were on vacation had to have truck towed to dealership, they got us seen quickly, rental car, and was able to get truck diagnosed quickly. Also was able to get most of it covered through warranty! Super friendly, super polite and made a bad day turnout so much better than expected!
