The service here at Sangster is top notch! I had an issue with my transmission in my duramax while on vacation with my family. I called around to other gm dealerships that were unable to get me in to get my truck taken care of so we could get home by the end of the week, until I got ahold of Chad at Sangster. He was way beyond helpful. After three returned phone calls from Chad he had lined up parts, guaranteeing truck would be done this week, as well as a loaner vehicle since we were staying 40 min away! This was a Monday and my truck was done weds morning! Thanks to Chad, Edgar and the whole service team for helping my family and making sure our trip wasn’t ruined and we could get home safely!!! By far my best experience with dealership service or any service for that matter.

I cannot say enough positive things about the high quality of treatment I've received from Sangsters Service Department. They are always greeting me by name a speak both personably and professionally. They go to bat for me trying to get the most from my warranty and charging a very fair price. I leave with the feeling of knowing both that my truck is 100%+ fixed and if I have to return that I'll get the same great service, whether for an oil change or, hopefully not, a more serious issue. A fantastic group that takes away any stereotypical feeling of being taken advantage of.
