Contacted them 10 days ago via cars.com w/email addy. No answer. Contacted them via CHAT on their site, also with email addy. Was told someone would contact me. Didn't happen. CHATTED a 2nd time the next day. Someone will contact me. The 2nd chat was last Thursday (it's Monday now). To date, NO contact. And yes, I checked my spam folder. Gave them 1 star. What else CAN I give them ?

Jonathan makes you feel completely comfortable and conveyed that everything would be done fast and exactly as I wanted. And it was. He truly made me feel like I was is only concern. Real professional!

Dillion and Wayne understand you as a person first and then act as a trusted advisor not a sales person, big big difference. They then went way above their responsibilities to help me find and secure what I was looking for. Best 2 people and experience I have ever had. As such I have only bought cars from them over past 10 years. Great human beings and True professionals.

Very satisfactory experience. Excellent service and extremely professional people. Thorough explanation of service needed and accomplished. Timely work. Car was ready when promised and delivered back to me spotlessly clean. Additionally, the service tech who recieved my car noticed nail in the front right tire, which I was totally unaware of. Eventually, of course, I would have been, but the problem was addressed while my car was in for service. Good catch!

Service received during visit exceeded my expectations. Reps were timely, prompt, and very professional. Will definitely use again and would happily refer others to use.
