Just not a good over all experience on the initial sale. Then worse on service. Total rip off. Stock on hand was minimal and had 4kmi on the one I was interested in. Salesman threw in floor mats that weren't for the truck I looked at. Service department charged me $85.00 to tell me they couldn't fix the trouble on my truck.
Three weeks ago, on april 17, my wife and I walked onto the sales lot of the dealership and began looking at the available vehicles. As I was looking at the ONLY Impala on the lot, we were approached by Cheryl Dameron and asked if she could be of service. I told her we were interested in the 2007 Chevy Impala and she came back with both sets of keys and told us to take it for a test drive and have our personal mechanic check it out if we wished. My wife drove the car off the lot and around La Habra a bit, and I drove it back. We were both surprised that Cheryl did not accompany us on the test drive. We were impressed with the vehicle and ultimately purchased it. Cheryl followed up three days later with promised minor detailing that was accomplished in a matter of a few hours. The quality of service is superb, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a quality new or used vehicle. Don Steves is the BEST there is for quality and service.
