WELL IF YOU BUY A VEHICLE IN THE COLD MONTHS OFF OF THEM, HAVE THEM PUT ON PAPER THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER WORKS.............I BOUGHT A FORD E250 IN NOVEMBER 2011 AND FOUND THE A/C HOSE WAS CUT(AS I WAS CHANGING THE ALTERNATOR ON THE FIRST DAY). SO I CONTACTED THE SALESMAN AND HE PROMISED ME WE`D GET SOMETHING WORKED OUT,,,NOW HERE IT IS MARCH 2012 AND THEY WONT DO A THING ABOUT IT!!!NOT EVEN RETURN PHONE CALLS....THEY ADVERTISED WITH AIR CONDITIONING !!!!!! BUT IT DIDNT HAVE IT WITH A CUT HOSE... TOTAL CROOKED PEOPLE, I GUESS THATS WHY THE WORLDS IN THE SHAPE ITS IN....PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST DONNELL AUTO GROUP ...............GO ELSEWHERE.
