Great service department. Easy to make an appointment. Techs do a good job and the service advisors keep you informed.

The Service staff are excellent. The work done on my car by the mechanic was good. If your car has to be kept there they will give you a ride home and pick you to get your car back. They also delivered my car back to my home.

The service department at Celebrity Ford is excellent. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I have always dealt with Giovanni Procopio. I am a senior citizen. He is so respectful and understanding. He explains everything being done to the vehicle. I respect his advise. He is an asset to Celebrity Ford. If I had to rate this department on a scale of 1 to 10...it would be 100.

HORRIBLE!!! They double booked my appointment time and pushed my time back to 3:30. I scheduled for 2:30- 3:00. I arrived at 2:50pm and Ziggy was busy with another customer. Turns out he sold the vehicle that I was interested in to that person. It happened right in front of our faces. Then he laughed at us and said you mean the one that just drove off the lot. I have never been treated so poorly by a salesman. I drove there from Cherry Hill. What a waste of a day. It was totally unnecessary and unprofessional and I can't believe Celebrity Ford treats their customers like that.
