The Nordstrom of dealerships! Dale was amazing! Excellent service and relaxed experience. Rare these day!

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Dyer and Dyer. The salespeople at were very professional and worked with me on what I needed and gave me a very good deal that I could not pass up. The car was fully inspected and all repairs were taken care of including new brakes which I asked to be included as a "we-owe" condition to the sale. The purchasing process was made very smooth and they walked me through the manufacturer options as well as some Volvo add-on options. I am very satisfied with the purchase and the level of care I received. The only drawback was that the tag did not arrive until the exact day that my temporary expired. Not sure if this was the tag and titles department at Dyer and Dyer dropping the ball or just typical slow bureaucracy, but I would advise that you check in on the process frequently.
