Buyer beware! Would not by a car from here again. I have bought many used cars, and never had the amount of problems as I have with the car I purchased from here. I was told multiple times that it was a great car and passed their check out with flying colors. In the past year, I have had the same problem with the same part going bad 3 times. The insurance they forced me to buy won't cover it any more. When trying to have a civil discussion with Mr. Hinkley in regards to this most recent time, I was told "he would not have a discussion with me" and hung up on me. Gail is also incredibly unprofessional. No clue how they have stayed in business and gained loyal customers.

My seventeen year old son bought a truck from Hinkley and in two months' time it broke down and needed a new trans. They did nothing to help us. It's been a little over a year now and we have done nothing but dump money into this truck. Trans, muffler, exhaust pipe, and the list goes on and on. They sold us a total lemon....shame on you Hinkley!!! You do not stand behind your vehicles like you say you do in your advertisements. Would never recommend you to anybody!
