I had to leave my car for service. I could not have asked for a more perfect service appointment. Santos was my Service Advisor. He kept me informed every step of the way. He handled all communication with the Warranty Company, which proved to be a challenge, yet, ending in my satisfaction. My car was ready and waiting for me when I returned to pick it up, even though I arrived much earlier than expected. I was completely satisfied with the repair and the courtesy inspection. I could not have asked for a more perfect service appointment, nor a better Service Advisor. I would gladly ask for Santos to be my Service Advisor at every visit. Definitely an asset to East Hills Service Department

Recently got a car from this location again, Alex was our sales rep. He is amazing and very knowledgeable in helping us find the perfect car and made sure everything went smooth/ easy / no hassle. This location is excellent/the best, especially when it comes down to great customer service. We have worked with two other dealerships and were very unhappy. I contacted East Hills Chevrolet by email. I knew exactly what I wanted and wanted the best number. This was for a lease. Cody Allen responded to me by email. We did everything through email. This was for a lease. He promised when I got there we would be in and out in one hour. We were. For the price we agreed on ahead of time. No hard selling. I cannot recommend East Hills Chevrolet of Douglaston or Cody Allen enough. I have never had a pleasant experience at a dealership until now. We will definitely be going back every time.
