This is my second purchase from Subaru of Kennesaw. Always good customer service. My salesperson, Carlos Duvon was very professional and at the same time such a nice and friendly person to work with!
Working with John Melchiore for the purchase of my new Subaru (first Hybrid) was excellent. John went out of his way to ease my concerns over learning new technology vs my 2014 Outback, He was very knowledgeable, patient and professional, as was the Business Manager, Bill Scarbrough.
John was very helpful, has gone out of his way to show me details about this, my first EV, and he has continued to follow up after the sale. I would recommend him highly to anyone in search of a new vehicle.
